**the combined payment makes it possible to participate in the 64th Congress of the Polish Chemical Society (PTChem) which will be held simultaneously at MCSU in Lublin on the following terms:

  • no 64th Congress of the Polish Chemical Society (PTChem) conference banquet,
  • 2 poster presentations during 64th Congress of the Polish Chemical Society (PTChem),
  • conference materials from both events,
  • other rules as for SIS2022 participants.

NOTE: Parallel registration for the 64th Congress of the Polish Chemical Society (PTChem) is necessary on https://zjazd.ptchem.pl/ website.

 

Polish participants:

Stawka VAT na usługi konferencyjne wynosi 23%, jednakże w przypadku, gdy udział opłacany jest w co najmniej 70% ze środków publicznych, możliwe jest zwolnienie z podatku VAT. Jeśli udział w konferencji będzie finansowany w minimum 70% ze środków publicznych i jednostka wnosi w związku z tym o wystawienie faktury zwolnionej z VAT, to warunkiem otrzymania takiej faktury jest przesłanie podpisanego oryginału oświadczenia w tej sprawie na adres:

The remittances have to be free of bank charges for the receiver. The sender should pay all transfer charges, this guarantees that the organizers will receive your full payment.

The registration fee, minus handling and administration costs, can be refunded if the written cancellation is received before August 11, 2022.

Symposium registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Party,
  • Conference Dinner,
  • access to all scientific sessions,
  • coffee breaks and lunches during the symposium days,
  • symposium materials.

Please note that trips are additionally paid (cash payment on arrival). 

The registration fee does not include accommodation but a special discount has been negotiated for the participants staying in some hotels (see "Accommodation" section). The participants can choose to stay in other hotels or apartments in Lublin.
