Getting around the city:
Public transportation
The main public transportation in Lublin is by buses and trolleybuses. Tickets can be bought on buses (ticket machine), at bus stops (ticket machine) or in the kiosks. Normal tickets within First Ticket Zone must be used; their price is 2.80 PLN (15-minurte ticket) or 3.60 PLN (40-minute ticket) and 4.20 PLN bought by credit card in the ticket validator (single-ride ticket). You have to have coins or credit card to buy a ticket from the ticket machine. There is also opportunity to buy a 10-day ticket for all lines; it costs 51.00 PLN (normal) and allows an unlimited number of transfers for 10 days from the time of validation.
